Preschool Open Doors (POD) is a program that helps families in Hawaiʻi pay for preschool. If your little one is getting ready for kindergarten soon, POD might help cover the cost.
Here’s the scoop:
POD gives financial help to families with 3- and 4-year-olds so their keiki can attend preschool before entering kindergarten. It’s all about giving our kids a great early start and also giving parents one less thing to worry about.
Think you won’t qualify?
You might be surprised! Thanks to new legislation, a family of four earning around $184,000 a year may now qualify for help through Preschool Open Doors!
Who can apply?
